I am having this problem that my iPhone 8plus having problems to connect the bose700 with the bose music application. Is anyone having this problem if so please tell if you have a solution or not. Support team please try fix this issue.

To begin, could you please clarify if you mean the Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 or the Soundbar 700?
What exactly is the problem that you are experiencing?

I am talking about the noise-cancelling 700 headphones. I went to the bose store yesterday to try and figure out what was was the problem with connecting them to the bose music application.
we tried on my phone and it did work and then we tried it with iphone x and the headphones connected immediately.
I was just concerned if is an application problem or phone and application.
