cannot use AUX audio feature. (Soundlink Revolve +)

It keeps disconnecting every 5 mins consistently.

So I can confirm that it is caused by a software issue.

Thank you for posting and reaching out to us today! Sorry to read that you are having some issues using the Aux connection on your speaker, I would love to assist you with this. 

Let's start with testing a different 3.5mm auxiliary cable as well as using a different device, this will allow us to ensure that the issue isn't with the connection. 

Please note that when connecting via aux you will not be able to charge the speaker at the same time. Another step we can try is to perform a standard reset on the speaker, this can be performed via following these steps below:

• Unplug the speaker from power, then turn it on using battery power
• Press and hold the Multi-function button for up to 10 seconds until the product lights glow, then release the button. 

I look forward to hearing back from you with the result of these steps. I would also love to hear from any other users that may have experienced and resolved this issue.

Hi, I have checked with the other 3.5mm cables. 
and even already have done with resetting and still the same.
I can definitely confirm that it's a software issue.
since it's happening every 5 mins consistently. (I have two of these speakers and have the same issue)

any other steps I can try? Thanks.

I’m replying so Bose knows that other people have this issue as well. As a matter of fact, just search “Revolve Aux Mute” and you will see plenty of unsolved open threads.
