Thank you for taking the time to post and welcome to the Bose Community. I hope your SoundLink Revolve+ has served you well so far!

 

What firmware version did you update your speaker to? Have you tried playing music through a different phone? Also, if you haven't already, I'd recommend performing a product reset, to see if things improve! Let me know how you get on.
