The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Audio drops when uploading configuration

Hi all,

As we all know that when we upload configuration change using CSD, audio will drop a little bit. But this became an issue because people prefer using CSD to fine tune the system during live performance in night clubs. And they had to wait several hours until the end of the night to upload some EQ change...

Could we make it non-stopping? Thank you!

Thank you for your feature request.

CSD is designed as a “commissioning” software and not as a “live” software.
But if they connect before the show, they can make changes (no routing) live.
