Notice

The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Please visit our support homepage to experience one of our many other digital service channels or simply use your Community log-in credentials to sign in to your My Bose Account to view your orders and view support options.

Thank you to all who have contributed and benefited from interacting in our Community. We look forward to continuing to serve you online.

CSP428

Hello there,

What's the procedure to control CSP428 with CSR?

The only information about remote builder is with CSD files, not with units with included web server

Hello Florin,

The exported file has a .csp extension, so you can open it in CSR.
But you cannot open it in CSD.

I just opened you CSR design you sent me, and I see the controls.
Please use CSRbuilder 2.7

Firmware v0.826 firmware, so you can use the CC-xD with CSN devices (CSD)
Firmware v0.200 firmware, so you can use the CC-xD with the CSP (web interface)
Please see also:
https://www.bosepro.community/...ng-cc-xd-device-mode

The CC-xD will be shipped with firmware 0.200

Re: CSP428

Hello Florin,

In the web interface of the CSP you can export the design to a .csp file (Settings - Import/Export)
This file you can load in CSRbuilder, and you can create your CSR design.

I hope this helps.

Re: CSP428

Hello Florin,

You probably exported the configuration file instead of exporting to CSR.

Re: CSP428

right, my bad, already noticed my mistake.

Now:

- tried to open the exported into CSD, it shows corrupted file.

- cannot import to CSR, it shows no controls.

What's the firmware for CSP, 0.826 or 0.200?

Thank you!
