ControlSpace Remote connection issue

Hello,

 

I'm facing a weird issue with the ControlSpace Remote app. The installation involves a PowerMatch PM4500N with latest firmware, where it is controlled by CSR 2.9 latest version.

 

Both CSR Builder and CSR Client are installed on the same PC that is connected via cabled network to the PowerMatch. However, the CSR Client connects to the PowerMatch, but the CSR Builder after clicking at the Go Online button does not connect. Pay attention, these are installed on the same PC.

 

Moreover, the client installed the CSR Client app on his cellphone (iPhone 11 Pro Max) via WiFi and no connection can be established as well.

 

I've checked everything with the IT and all seems regular networkwise, it is a simple network on the same subnet.

 

Any thoughts?
