Dealer cannot get Modeler to recognize his Key

Hello All,

I  have a dealer who cannot get Modeler to recognize his Modeler key.

He updated the key before installing Modeler 6.9 and it said he was successful. When he installed 6.9 and inserted his key, he got a warning window

I had him insert the key and reinstall the software with no change. He says that he can see the key in his device manager but Modeler does not see it.

He is using Windows 10 on his computer. No issue with the previous version of Modeler .

I had this issue after the last major Windows 10 update. It clobbered the Sentinel key driver. I had to go to the Sentinel website and install the latest version of the driver.

I had similar issue and uninstall/reinstall the HASP drivers worked.
