FreeSpace IZA 250-LZ stopped working

Hi All, 

I have FreeSpace IZA 250-LZ installed in one of the meeting rooms, and it stopped working recently. It was just sitting in a cabinet for years not being touched. A few days ago audio stopped coming out. 

I pulled it from the cabinet to test, and I made a video:

Power LED comes on, but then fades and finally turns off. It does that each time I try. I think in the past it used to stay blue. 

 

Any ideas?
