There is some app update that doesn't complete. I have the newest version of the app in my phone and the case is also updated. What to do?

Can you verify the firmware on your Sleepbuds is at 188.8.131.52? Also, can you provide us with a screenshot of the error message?
Have you also tried deleting and re-installing the app?
