Hi Sleepy2019,
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
I am sorry to hear your Sleep app won't open after its been updated. The troubleshooting you have tried so far is awesome. Could you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app for me and let me know how it goes?

I purchased the earbuds ten days ago. I performed the Feb. 10 software update as part of the initial setup. The device worked fine until yesterday, when I experienced the same "Bose Sleep keeps stopping" message. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app twice, but that didn't fix it.
Pretty disappointing performance for a $250 product.
Hey KTS,
I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with the application.
Can you tell me if you are using an Android or Apple Device?
Are you able to try the app on a different device?
I look forward to hearing from you!
I did uninstall and reinstall the app and it started working. I also switched to phone free mode to hopefully have less reliance on the app. For now, my issue is resolved. Thank you.
