My sleep buds do not connect due to the magnets having broken off the bud.
I have just started looking on the web site and see that Bose were offering free recalls up to 31 December 2019.
My buds only failed on 2nd January 2020
Is there anything I can do?

The only thing you can do is ask for a replacement, which will take at least 2 weeks to arrive. You won't get your money back. The customer service of this company is an absolute joke.
