My buds both charge to 100% but one stops working after a few minutes. It’s a little hard to manage only one ear of sound when I’m trying to block out my partner’s snoring! I’ve done the resetting but it hasn’t helped.

I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering this issue with your product. From your description, I am assuming that you have the Noise-masking Sleepbuds. Please correct me if I am wrong.
My first recommendation would be to ensure that your charging case is running the latest available firmware. This can be done by visiting btu.bose.com on your computer and following the instructions.
Once you have done this, let both of the buds drain so the battery is empty. Now charge your Sleepbuds to 100% and proceed to test them.
