Left earbud not connecting

My sleep buds have rarely been used. Owned about 2-3 years. Tried to use them today and got message left earbud not connected. Tried various troubleshooting. Disconnecting, reinstalling App, toggling bluetooth, resetting case, tried installing on different phone (both iphones).

I see in past threads it's a common issue in the past.

Is there a definitive answer on how to solve this flaw yet?

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with the Sleepbuds disconnecting in the left ear and will do all I can to assist you!

Hi,

I got the same issue, though I updated the charging case but issue not resolved yet.

 

"left ear bud is not detecting"

same issue left one

found if you remove pair from phone and force repairing i got it to go 

dont know for how long though

sigh!
