My sleep buds have rarely been used. Owned about 2-3 years. Tried to use them today and got message left earbud not connected. Tried various troubleshooting. Disconnecting, reinstalling App, toggling bluetooth, resetting case, tried installing on different phone (both iphones).
I see in past threads it's a common issue in the past.
Is there a definitive answer on how to solve this flaw yet?
