I am having the exact same issue but with the right sleep bud. I have done everything that bose troubleshooting has directed me to do to including making sure the case and app have been updated. Still no luck. I love these things and would really like it if I could get them working again.

I'm having the same problem with my left sleepbuds (stopped work). I've bought it when I was in US, in 2018 december, but I live in Brazil. I've already update both apps in my cell phone and the charging box in my pc, with no success. How can I do to fix them here where I live?

Have you solved the problem? My Bose left sleep bud stopped working. The app says "Left bud not found" and there is an error charging sometimes. Is there a place in Brazil that can replace the faulty unit? Thanks, Marinho.

We have a problem with my sleep buds which we bought last November.
The right-side bud dies within 30 mins of being fully charged. The left one appears ok.
What should we do?
We are based in the Philippines.
