Re: Low volume on left sleep bud help

Hi Tomsleep!

Welcome to the Community and thank you for your post.

Sorry to hear that you are having a low volume on your left sleepbud. Just to confirm, what sleepbuds do you have, the 1st version(Bose noise-masking sleepbuds) or the Bose Sleepbuds II?

Please get back to us so we can assist you further.

Re: Low volume on left sleep bud help

exact same problem here.  @Tomsleep did you get any resolution?

This literally just happened 40 minutes ago on my end.  Things were fine, I switched sounds, then switched back, and... left is now permanently 'quiet'.

Re: Low volume on left sleep bud help

This is now the THIRD pair of sleep bud II I’ve had where the left bud’s volume goes out. It’s extremely frustrating because no other thing on the market can mask my husband’s snoring the way these can. But really??? I’ve had this third pair for ONE WEEK and the volume is shot already on the left bud. I reinstalled the app. I reset. I disconnected the Bluetooth. I did everything you are supposed to try and nothing.

How can this be happening so often???
