So tomorrow when Bose support is open...(cant belive they dont have weekend hours) I will be calling up to get my 6th pair of ear buds....this cant be any more of a failure on boses part and they refuse to actually tell us anything. My latest issue is my left ear bud this time, stays in case all day, light is solid white, take the ear bud out app shows 25%, and then the ear bud dies in 15 seconds.
Here is my list of isuses
1st pair ear bud magnet fell out
2nd force to return to bose as it was the indigogo product
3rd right ear bug fails to hold charge
4th right ear bud fails to hold charge
5th Left ear bud is just straight up dead.
On top of all of this, unless i missed something bose never released the promised stickers to help side sleepers...considering some painters tape has actually solved it for most of us they prob just decided to quit caring. How in the heck can they charge 250 bucks for these things. At this rate 79.99 should be the price max.
