New purchase and saddly the Out Of Sync issue is real :¬(

If using the app ther is always an out of sync issue with the right bud being 0.5 seconds later than the left

this is evident using the shower and checking the bird/frog as mentioned in other threads

it is also obvious if you preview the alarms like the single ding one

 

Its not all doom though if you go phone free mode and get the buuds out of the case at the same time you have a good chance of getting them in sync (at the loss of alarms etc)

This at least shows its possible for these buds to work properly

 

this app may need a manual syncification slider if its a low power bluetooth sync issue

 

i read in thread might be android only problem so here is what i use..

samsung note 8 and i got same results trying out nvidia shield

 

I have a horible feeling this is a low power bluetooth design flaw and this would explain why we cant use our own sounds as this would be so obvious with musci or audio books etc

 

Hope for a fix but mostly crying

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with your Sleepbuds. I will do all I can to assist. 

 

I would recommend removing the buds from your application and then re-adding them, deleting the app and re-installing. Then re-adding the buds to the app.

I just wanted to explain I have tried everything ever mentioned on this forum and elsewhere

 

Seems its definaly a hard problem either software or hardware 

by hardware i am talking about... low power bluetooth on android devices

 

Could be fixed via software if the developers were so inclined
