Please fix charging issue. It's already my second piece!

Extremely frustrated about this sleeping bud.

It just doesn't charge. Sometimes it could be the left bud, sometimes it could be the right bud.

Every time my wife and I are asked to reset, reconnect, upgrade the firmware blah blah blah.

I got my first one exchanged at customer service. Two months later, the problem happend again.

I feel shameful on BOSE for charging us HKD 2,000 for a product with such poor quality.

I will definitely not recommend my friends buying any BOSE products anymore.
