Recalling sleepbuds



My sleepbuds have completely broken, I had an email from Bose last year saying they are recalling all products and we can return them, I never got round to doing it then. Can I still return them?

The Sleepbuds do not present a safety issue and are not being recalled. However, because the battery we chose doesn’t work as consistently or predictably as it should to meet our standards, we have decided to discontinue the product.


We do have service options available for this.
