Thanks for reaching out, that sounds unusual. Sorry for the trouble!
Let's try getting the Sleepbuds to recognize in the app then forgetting them by tapping the gear icon and scrolling down to " Forget Sleepbuds."
Please also shut down the Bose Sleep app entirely and make sure it is not running in the background.
Try to reconnect them and let us know if that helps!
