Sleep buds upgrade

I felt I could not live without my Sleep buds during the recall as I was not aware of when/if version 2 sleep buds would be offered. Recently my right bud does not work through the night. Is there any offer to loyal customers of some reduced price upgrade to the new Sleepbuds II?
