I had two sets of the original sleepbuds and all of their issues. I am having the same problem as others with the left sleepbud. I have tried all the remedies other people have used (not the wetting of the contact though). On Twitter, the Bose representative said they had not heard of this issue!!! This is very frustrating. When I put the right bud in, fine. Left bud attached well, and then the dreaded three dots alternates with five and then stops charging. After numerous tries it then works. For $250.00, I need Bose to post a fix ASAP. I am a healthcare physician and definitely need the sleep when I can get it.

Add me to the list of people with the left bud 3 lights issue. Left bud will not charge or be detected by the app, case gives 3 lights. Cleaning the contacts has not fixed the issue.

 

Almost every Bose product I buy ends up failing early or having some major limiting bug like this. Why do I keep buying their stuff?
