Disappointed to say the least.
While it’s fair the company offering a full refund it ignores the value the device it gives its users. Throwing in the towel is not what this company reputation is built on. I don’t use or expect entertainment from them, I need them masking unwanted noise to help me get a restful sleep -maintaining my sanity. It always has its quirks -as do many Bose products. I‘m on my second pair sent by Support and with a few issues they presently work ok. (Knock on wood) However, knowing batteries will eventually wear out I would happily replace them with another pair. When that day comes with no product offered I will not be a happy Bose cu$tomer and will be looking at other vendors. It takes years of hard work to build a reputation and a sudden bad management decision to lose it.
I hope Bose will continue improvement and development of this device to address a new and important market.
In the meantime “from my cold dead hands”...
Does anyone has the download link of the sounds in Sleepbuds app ?
Since Bose discontinued support for it, it would be nice to use these sounds to assist sleep. Kind of used to two specific sounds in the app to help me sleep.
@MistyStar Thanks! Found them! I remembered seeing the links some time ago, but couldn't remember where. I can successfully download the sounds. If you need them, I can send you an email with the sounds attached.

No. We remain committed to developing innovative solutions to help the millions of people who struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep.
So it seems to me that, while this endeavour failed, they are not giving up on searching for a way to make this work and learn from this project. At least, that's what I hope. In the meantime, i hope I get a replacement that will keep working soon.

Are you ever going to come out with sleepbuds that are going to hold a charge? I had purchased the Bose sleepbuds and fell in love with them, unfortunately, it was a short love affair because they wouldn’t hold a charge after 3 months. After I swapped them with a new set, and I ended up having the same problem after the next 3 months. I have sent my sleepbuds in for a refund, but I really haven’t found anything close to the comfort and sleep I got from the Bose sleepbuds. Are you going to come out with a better version, maybe noise canceling, or any other kind that will replace the ones you recalled? If so, et me know when. Sleep deprivation is not a good thing. Thank you.

When I first heard about the Sleepbuds I was thrilled — I used an app called Naturespace to fall (and stay) asleep.
However, a couple of months in, they started disconnecting, not charging — we all know the issues. I've waited for a resolution and apparently the discontinuation is the answer.
However, I'm in sort of a weird situation: I wanted to process the refund, but I can only select the US as a country. I've bought the sleepbuds while on a trip to Singapore and I'm in Romania, where no official service center exists, just a sound shop in small city on the other side of the country (https://global.bose.com/en_us/europe/romania.html).
So my question to Bose is: how do I process this refund in the current situation? Is there an option to get a voucher/discount for another Bose product if the refund cannot be processed?
