Hi, I bought a pair of sleepbuds last year on the official Bose web-store.
Then I went back to China after graduating from the college. However, my sleepbuds have been not working properly for a long time. The battery of the left side can't get charged. Recently I saw the recall information on the internet and tried contacting with Bose China. But I was told that I have to return it to USA.
However, I cannot find the option to select the address from China on the website: https://www.bose.com/en_us/forms/sleepbuds_returns.html
Is there any solution for this situation? Thank you!

Thank you for the replying.
I have contacted with Bose China and been told that they have no policy for returning products bought out of China. They can only help to change a new pair of sleepbuds which is not I wanted.
So what can I do to return the broken sleepbuds and get a refund? Thank you!

I have the same problem.
I bought the sleep buds at Dallas Airpot (duty free, vending machine) and I live in Hangzhou, China.
What can I do?
