Hi, I bought a pair of sleepbuds a few months in Bose store in Miami.
Then I went back to Israel. However, my sleepbuds have been not working properly for a long time. Recently I saw the recall information on the internet and tried contacting with Bose Israel. But I was told that they can not help me.
However, I cannot find the option to select the address from Israel on the website: https://www.bose.com/en_us/forms/sleepbuds_returns.html
I don'td have the proof of purchase. Is there any solution for this situation? Thank you!
