Having exactly the same issue. Left Bud not charging more than 48%. Right bud 100%. Charging case updated to 220.127.116.11 and reset, still no help.
The case shows both buds fully charged. App left bud 48% and goes flat during the night suggesting it is not an indication problem.
I am not in the US so I guess it will be a visit to my local service center.
Phone worked for me. Hold time was quite long (30 minutes or so), but once I got an agent on the phone he was very patient and helpful.
Hello from Hollland, I hope you can help me. I have the sleepbuds since November and use them with much joy every night. Only the last three days I can no longer charge the right sleepbud to 100%. It will only charge to 48% according to the App (should be enough for 7 hours but the right sleepbud already stops producing sound after a few hours).
I have tried resetting the Charger without any result. I also updated the firmware this week. Does anyone knows a solution?

Can you try removing the Bose Sleep app and reinstalling?
If possible, please also try using a different USB charger and let it fully charge.

Thanks for your advice, but I can not test it. Yesterday I contacted Bose Support in the Netherlands and they adviced me to send the charger and the Sleepbuds to them for replacement. So I did and now I am waiting for new ones.
