Stickers to alleviate rubbing noise?

There was talk about some aftermarket stickers to put on the earbuds to alleviate the rubbing noise. Did this ever eventuate?

At the moment I'm using cut up bits of fabric bandaids. I mean it works, but it's just a bit rough, and let's face it, why do I even need to do this in the first place?

I have the same issue too. How did you do it? Did it help?

Hey there,
I just cut up a fabric bandaid.
I used just the sticky part (Not the actual padding.
Works pretty well apart from looking a bit grubby after a couple of weeks.

Just get some masking tape, cut off a small piece and apply it to each earbud.  That's what I do ... no rubbing noise after that.
