We Need to Email Technical Support Directly
I just got off the phone with Bose support. I was trying to find out any news about the strange artefacts leaking into some of the noise cancelling files. Many people on this forum have been discussing it, yet the person on the phone checked and told me they have no knowledge of this problem and there have been no registered complaints about it. They told me to email firstname.lastname@example.org, with the problem.
If anybody else is having this issue, (or other issues) can you please send an email to that address? It seems the forum discussions are not reaching the people we need to reach.
