hi, just unpacked my sleepbuds and left earbud is not working properly. I reset, update the app and update the charger. Everything is now up to date. Left earbud works for few seconds and then I can hear a crunching noise and nothing and stop working from then.
What should I do? I bought the product in Dubai, on July 8th, but l am now in morocco where I live. I can have someone return the product to the Dubai bose shop for me but need to get it fix or replace / exchange straight away .... would that be possible?
