sleepbuds return status

Hi

I sent my sleep buds back on the recall 2 months ago.

Did not get any status update since.

I already chatted with the support 2 times and other than confirming that they got the sleep buds they told me that "they will get back to me in 48 hours" and they did not

Is there any way to get a real customer support?
