Can you try removing the Soundbar 700 from the Bose Music app and re-adding it back? You can do this by opening the Bose Music app>Settings>Manage speakers>choose Edit and select the Soundbar 700.
Are you using an Android or iOS device with the Bose Music app? What is the version of the app and software version on the Soundbar 700?
