Bose 700 bass module - VERY WEAK BASS - When will Bose Acknowledge and fix the problem???

So frustrated and everyone on Bose pretend as if its a non issue when every one who owns the high priced black box has the problem and is complaining all over the internet. Bose 700 bass module - VERY WEAK BASS ....When will Bose own up and update customers with a potential timeline of fix or recall the **bleep** product.
