Bose Home Speaker 500 - Play 3

Hi,

I deleted my speaker from my account ..because my internet was reconfigured and after that the Bose Music app can't find it.  Now I'm trying to add it back ..not sure how, nothing is working so far.  Of curse it still working with the bluethoot only. 

 

Appreciate the help.

Thanks for the post and welcome to the community.

 

I'm sorry to see you're running into this issue with your HomeSpeaker 500, but I'd like to help.

 

Can we try testing by performing a factory default on your speaker?

 

  1. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume - and AUX buttons for 10 seconds. The system will reboot into setup mode.

 

After that is complete, let me know if that helps after you re-setup the system to your account.
