Bose Music App for Soundbar 700

The Music App still shows the Adjustment button

but when I go in I can only see a dialogue adjustment 

I cannot adjust treble and base etc?

volume adjustment works

Thanks for writing in!  Sorry to hear about the troubles, but I'd be glad to help!

 

  • Does the issue appear on different mobile devices?
  • Can you try and remove the speaker and re-add it through the Bose Music App?
  • Can you try and uninstall and reinstall the app?
  • Also, have you been able to perform a reset on the system by removing power for 30 seconds?

yes the issue existed on two mobile devices 

 

I restarted the sound bar and all back to normal
