There is a way to remove the product and re-register it to the app. If you go onto the Bose Music app, Select the headphone/speaker icon to go onto the My Bose screen, Select the person icon in the top right of the screen. Then select "Manage Products", select the edit option in the top right and then select the soundbar 700, then select the delete option in the top right.
To factory reset the soundbar in order to connect back up to the app, please follow the instructions by clicking Here
