Pretty much every time I open the Bose app it requires me to sign in. Is there a way to tell the app to stay signed in all the time?

The app is designed to stay logged in to your account until you manually sign out.
It could be that there are permissions issues on your phone, and the app is not able to save your login info. What version of Android are you running on your device?
Can you try the Bose Music app on a different smartphone? Does the same issue happen there?

i have to login into again several times a week.

Thank you for chiming in. Can you go into Settings>About and get the exact firmware versions of your phone?
As well, can we try to go into Settings>Apps, select the Bose Music app, then clear the data and cache for the app? Once that is done you'll have to log back in.
How often are you logged out of the Bose Music app?

i can't find the option for clearing the data and cache.
i have to log in several times a week, also with the older version of android.

I am also sometimes required sign in again, once every two or three. And another time, bluetooth setting menu on the app disappear frequently.
