since the last update this problem is back again,
already cleared the cache, but app keeps asking for login.
any ideas to fix this ?
Thanks for getting back in touch, I'm sorry to hear the issue has returned since the last firmware update.
As you have tried clearing the Cashe and this has not resolved the issue, I would recommend to uninstall the Bose Music app and re-installing. Please be aware that if you have set your Home Speaker's sharing mode to private, you will need to factory reset your speaker to reconnect it back to the app. follow this link for instructions to do so - Factory Reset Home Speaker 500
