I have two speakers, one Home 500 and Home 300, I has seted up Alexa and changed name in Bose Music app. But on Alexa app, I see the name don't change. So when I talk to Alexa, Alexa hadnn't understood me.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty with your Alexa, this is definitely something I would be able to assist you with; could you tell me if you are getting any error messages when you are asking questions or is Alexa not responding at all?
Firstly, I would suggest resetting both speakers, to do this turn off your product and disconnect the power cord for 30 seconds. Then I would recommend removing the Bose Music app then re-downloading it then trying again.
