I'm sorry to hear that you are still unable to install this update correctly. At this point, I would be suggesting that you get in touch with support directly for this.

This can be done by clicking HERE, selecting your country/region, then navigating to "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.

I managed to get the update to work but it still didn’t fix my issues.  I cannot get the Alexa Sirius xm skill or tp-link home skills to work. Are they working on an update for this?
