Facing challenge to configure Alexa and prime music

Purchase home speaker 500. Country IndIa. Wifi and Bluetooth configuration was smooth. But facing challenge to configure Alexa and prime music.

No getting any error.

For Alexa : app is going forward after clicking sign in with Amazon.

For Prime Music : showing only prime music but but not responding.

When performing setup, is there a VPN active on the device you are using?

 

Are you using the speaker in a home environment or work/university building that is using an enterprise network?

Home speaker is directly connected with wifi router and no vpn in between.

It is total home environment.

Thanks for confirming, Sudip. 

 

Have you tried removing the Alexa assistant and the Amazon music service and tried adding it back to the Bose Music account? 

 

If this doesn't help, please unplug your router for 5 minutes, then try the setup again.

Kindly let me know how to remove Alexa assistant & prime music.

I have removed Bose music app and installed it from Google Play.

But no luck.

Done factory reset and phone also.

Problem got resolve.

Now prime music & Alexa both working.
