Home speaker 500 - Change Spotify account

Hi, I’m trying to find a way to disconnect the Spotify account my home speaker is linked to and reconnect it to a new one. It doesn’t seem to be straight forward, can anyone help me here?

Hello Harrybo916, 

 

Thanks for reaching out and posting in the Community Forums. 

 

If a music service in the Bose Music account is no longer in use, it can be removed from the account (excluding TuneIn) to prevent the display of a service that may no longer have an active subscription.

 

To remove a music service:

  1. In the Bose Music app, tap the image of the speaker in the lower-right corner
    If the image is a different product, tap the My Bose icon in the upper-left corner, select the speaker, then tap the image of the speaker in the lower-right corner
  2. Tap the My Account icon  in the upper-right corner
  3. Tap Manage Music Services
  4. Select the music service to remove
  5. Tap Remove Account and confirm your choice
