It might be worth putting your speaker into set up mode and reconnecting your speaker to your WiFi network. To enter Setup mode:
On the top of your speaker, simultaneously touch and hold the AUX and Play/Pause buttons until a 5 seconds countdown starts and completes on the display: The light bar on the front of the system blinks white twice, then then glows amber.
