Problems with universal remote

I have set the universal knob of the 700 soundbar to use it on a LG UH770V television and a LG UP970 blue-ray. Most of the keys work perfectly but on TV the configuration key takes me to the internet menu instead of the configuration menu.
In the blue-ray I can not find the key to open and close the disc tray.
Can you solve it in a next update?
