Product activation failed error coming on Bose Home Speaker 500

I have tried severally to activate my problems with a working internet connection yet I continue seeing the same error message. Any help?

Hey!

Try looking at your router settings and making sure the firewall isn’t on “high” try turning it off and see if it activates.

Have you tried rebooting both your router and Home Speaker 500 by unplugging them from power for 30 seconds?

 

As DanielF96 mentioned, it would be a good idea to check your firewall settings on your router as well.
