I am having issue connecting my sound bar to wifi? 

I had it connected and then is constanly telling me that connection with product has been lost

To start with, please can I confirm: 

  • Are you trying to connect via Wifi or Ethernet cable? 
  • Have you changed your router password or router recently? 
  • Have you had any power cuts or added any new wifi products into your home?
