Software update on Bose Solo 15/10 Series II

Followed instructions for update by inserting flash drive into service usb port, but after green light changes to flashing amber, it does not go out, but instead becomes flashing red. Cannot then restore unit unless I disconnect power and reconnect. Repeated operation multiple times, (even after leaving power disconnected for several minutes) but still get same result. No data is put onto flash drive at all.

I'm not sure how long you've owned your system for, but the last update that was put out for the Solo 15 II was in January of 2017. How long have you owned the system for?
