Soundbar 700 - error while skiping to next song with Deezer

Hello,

 

I'm using Deezer services to listen to music on a soundbar 700.

I've got the error [C7 - SC1313] when i want to skip a song in the app.

It tells me that i've reached the "skip limit"

 

I have a Deezer premium account, i should skip endlessly.

That is indeed odd that it's stopping you from skipping to the next track. I'm sorry to hear this is happening, but I'd like to help. What region are you located in?

Can you upload a screenshot of this error for me?

Hello Joel,

Finally i've asked to alexa to stop the service, unplugged the soundbar, relaunched the app on the phone.

All synced back normaly.

If i re-encounter the problem, i will take a screenshot and send it here.
