Hi, sorry to jump into a thread but I have the same kind of problem.   A soundtouch 300, I suspect my son has been connected via Bluetooth and damaged a driver or two.  Is there any way to test  each driver individually in the soundbar? It doesn't sound as crisp as it used to.

Hey Steve,


I'm sorry to hear that! Have you been able to try the ADAPTIQ process on your unit?


To do that, try the following:

  1. On the back of the soundbar, connect the ADAPTiQ headset to the ADAPTiQ jack
  2. Place the headset on your head
  3. On the remote control, press the SoundTouch button
  4. Press and hold the 8 button until the TV and Bluetooth® lights on the soundbar glow green
  5. Follow the voice prompts to calibrate your system
  6. When complete, unplug the headset from the soundbar and store it in a safe place.

Also, I'd recommend disconnecting the soundbar from power for two minutes to perform a reset. Let me know if you notice any difference or change in the audio output!
