When will Play All/Add speaker work? It's been months...

I just set up a second speaker at my office (different account then my three at home) and can not get them to "Play All"


Each will play the same Preset separately and since it is Pandora they are different songs.


Both are SoundTouch 10 speakers with latest firmware.  I am using the Windows SoundTouch software to do the Play All as my Android App is logged into my home account.  I just set up one today and I disconnected and reconnected the other to make sure they are on the same WiFi which they are and both show in the desktop app and can be controlled through it except Play All.

Thanks for writing in!  Sorry to hear about the troubles but would be happy to help!


The major play all issues we were seeing should have been corrected with the 19.x update recently.  Are you getting any error messages on the app?  Are you able to try and initiate Play All from a different device?  Have you tried rebooting the router and systems yet?
