My Display isn't working and it will not reset or play unless I play through the my bose app
Ive tried plugging in after 30 second wait and also aux - volume for 10 seconds and nothing happens. Also no voice command for Alexa

Let's try and perform a manual update to the speaker by following these steps here.
If the same issue persists after the update, I would recommend that we factory reset the speaker by following these steps below:
To remove the speaker from your Bose account simply open the Bose Music app > Account Settings > Manage products > Edit > Select the Home Speaker 500 > Delete.
